Quotations and pricing
Prices are shared on request by WhatsApp, phone or email, and depend on product, finish, quantity and delivery location. Each quotation states its validity, taxes and delivery terms. Product images on this website are for reference. Confirm finish and dimensions with our team before ordering.
Orders and dispatch
Orders are confirmed once the quotation is accepted and payment terms are agreed. We dispatch from Mumbai, Vapi and Ahmedabad to locations across India. Dispatch timelines are shared with each quotation.
Returns and replacements
Please inspect goods on delivery and report any transit damage or shortage within 48 hours, with photos, on WhatsApp at +91 91052 97052. Returns and replacements are handled case by case as agreed in your order confirmation.
Privacy
When you send an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your name, contact details and requirement only to respond, prepare quotations and fulfil orders. We do not sell your information. To have your details deleted, email info@glassics.in.
