Patch Fittings for a Frameless Glass Door: Complete Checklist
Short answer: A single frameless glass door needs a top patch, a bottom patch, a top pivot and a floor spring (or a hydraulic patch instead of the floor spring and bottom patch). Add a lock patch to lock it, L patches where it meets fixed side panels and an overpanel, and a centre lock strike box for double doors.
Single door between walls
- Top patch (GPF-01) and top pivot (GPF-04)
- Bottom patch (GPF-02) and floor spring (GSR-6001 or GSR-6000)
- Optional lock patch (GPF-03) and pull handle
Door with fixed side panels and an overpanel
- Everything for a single door
- Big L patch (GPF-05) where the door, side panel and overpanel meet
- Overpanel patch (GPF-07) and small L patch (GPF-06) to join fixed panels
- Fin versions (GPF-12, GPF-13R, GPF-14L, GPF-16, GPF-17) if the entrance has glass fins
Double door
- Two complete door sets
- Centre lock strike box (GPF-19) with a lock patch
- Connector for double glass (GPF-09) where required
Save time with combo sets
Combo sets bundle a floor spring with its core patches, with or without a lock. Send your elevation drawing on WhatsApp and we will prepare the exact fitting list.
